Stone Remotas formed in late 2004. The band plays mainly original indie rock with influences ranging from The Libertines to The Beatles. their energetic live set consists of original material mixed with one or two covers from bands such as The Strokes and The Vines. Starting out in small Birmingham pubs and jam sessions in bars, the Stone Remotas have progressed onto venues including The Roadhouse Venue, the Actress and Bishop and Cox's Yard.
