Dead by Dawn was officially formed on 6th October 2003. The band began life following some dramatic personnel changes in a previous band. The remaining three members, Znow (vocals), Phil (bass) and PJ (guitar) dusted themselves off and began writing new catchy and melodic songs.
Barring some coming and goings of band members Znow met our new drummer Jon through a mutual friend. Shortly afterwards Jon introduced us to Nigel (guitar), who he had peformed with for many years, and the pentumvirate was complete.
On 15 March 2004 PJ left the band to hunt heffalumps in the Hundred Acre Wood. He has not been heard of since.
