Three Step Manoeuvre are a new funky organ trio of young musicians, specialising in hard-grooving funk music with souljazz stylings. They play a mixture of originals and unique arrangements of classic tunes, influenced by artists such as John Scofield, Soulive, The Meters, Medeski Martin & Wood, James Brown and Jimmy Smith. The band met playing in other settings and came together through their love of the organ trio format.
