Dirty Thrills are an exciting and charismatic Blues-Rock quartet, based in London, UK.
Fronted by Louis James the son of ex-Moody Blues singer Nicky James, this unique outfit are bringing back rock ‘n’ roll, with the perfect musical blend of sex, riffs and lung-busting vocals.
With the release of their self-titled album ‘Dirty Thrills’ and EP ‘Sweetheart Of The Slums’, the quartet surpassed the expectations of fans across the UK, Europe and the US alike, exploding the band’s presence and reputation.
In the press Dirty Thrills have received outstanding reviews online and in print, with a double page spotlight as well as 7 different tracks featured on cover mount CD's in the monthly national press magazines ‘Classic Rock Magazine’ and ‘Blues Magazine’.
The band are making waves of the live circuit, in the last 12 months alone they played over 50 shows around the UK and Europe, with an ever increasing reputation as a ‘must-see’ live act.
Career highlights include, a personal invitation by Joey Tempest, frontman of the legendary band Europe, to support them on their European ‘War of Kings’ tour, supporting the mighty Scorpions at ‘Le Zenith de Dijon’ Arena in France, as well as opening for US band Crobot on their UK tour.
On the festival circuit the guys were well received by fans at Planet Rock Stock, Ramblin’ Man Fair and Camden Rock festival 2015 & 2016 alongside iconic and break through bands The Darkness, Rival Sons, Black Stone Cherry, Status Quo, The Blockheads and Whitesnake amongst others.
Online, the band have over 6,000 Facebook likes, 10,500 Twitter followers, and 3,000 Instagram followers, with their combined YouTube views at 100,000.
2017 saw Dirty Thrills release their long-anticipated new album 'Heavy Living' on international record label 'Frontiers Music', before hitting the road with the likes of 'Black Star Riders' and 'GUN'.
For those who say rock ‘n’ roll is gone and buried, Dirty Thrills are the miracle proving there’s life after death.
