Tolerance

Tolerance were formed in Feb2005 when friends Zero and Danny B started jamming some tunes. After writing a few original tracks and forging the basis for the sound the lads started looking for the right bass player to provide the bottom end that they needed. The guys went to many local shows and came across the only man for the job. Third opium war bassist Cal was found in nottingham venue The Peggers, leaping around like a crazyman. After a chat and a couple of beers Cal decided he wanted to be part of the action. With a no nonesence approach to songwriting and rehersing Tolerance played their first gig after just 10 hours of rehersal. With many more shows under their belt ,Tolerance go from strength to strength, with the hard hitting live show they are known for today. 6 months later it was time to record.A quick 2 day stint in local studio Confetti provided the band with a 2 track cd made on a budget of about £20! More gigs were to come at top nottingham venues such as Junction 7, The social and The old angel. Dec 2005 Saw the departure of Danny from the band. A replacment was found just days before the next show,Enter Matt Edge. Tolerance are currently writing new material and planning a uk and european tour for next year. Also plans are in place to create a video of one of the tracks to be submitted to mtv2 and scuzz, for early next year. The Best is yet to come!
