BIOGRAPHY

Lucid are a four piece indie/pop band based in Walsall. The band was formed early in 2004 and have been progressing and improving ever since.
In the summer of 2005, Lucid had a single released in local stores including Virgin Megastores and WH Smith. The single was released on behalf of the charity 'Rosies Helping Hands' and raised over three thousand pounds, in return the band gained alot of healthy publicity and appeared on a number of radio stations. These included Kerrang 105.2, BBC WM etc. The band also appeared on ITV News and in numerous local newspapers.
The bands fan base has been growing from strength to strength. This has been proven by the local shows that Lucid play and also the enthusiasm of the fans, travelling to gigs in places such as London (several times last year) to support the band. Not only are the local fans ever growing, but also Lucid are beginning to get fan bases in others cities around the country.
The music Lucid play is a combination of sophisticated guitar riffs, catchy drum beats and driving bass lines, mixed with emotional lyrics and 2 part harmonies make a great, and original all round sound.
