The Selotape boys like to try and experiment with many ideas and sounds. It’s a simple three-piece guitar band but with a slight twist, the twist being the use of Selotape! The art of selotaping a number of notes down on a keyboard can create a really cool ambient sound. Then by using a theramin and keyboards through delay pedals adds a great weirdness to the whole thing. Add a strong melody and you end up with the Selotape sound. The whole idea is to create a massive sound for just three people and to leave people saying: "They really use Selotape"
